ALPHADOG is returning to Ukraine
Dogs of War Ukraine - Mission: 2
Marcus Fillinger , Charity Director of animal rescue organisation ALPHADOG will be deploying to Ukraine in January / February 2023 in order to provide specialist training and animal rescue assistance to those directly affected by the war in Ukraine.
In addition to the animal rescue / training and resupply work that will be undertaken by the ALPHADOG rescue Organisation whilst in Ukraine, the ALPHADOG charity will also provide driver support to another Australian charity ( Aus Ukraine Aid) - by driving a specially modified rapid response 4x4 emergency vehicle into some of the of the most critically affected regions – which will then be donated and used as a frontline emergency ambulance.
ALPHADOG Mission 2:
· To resupply besieged animal shelters with desperately needed dog/cat / animal feed during winter
· Purchase replacement animal rescue vehicles for organisations and charities that had their vehicles destroyed by Russian attack
· Evacuate animals and volunteers from shelters under critical threat
· Provide specialist remote capture support to animal shelters and specialist rescue teams
· Provide tranquiliser firearms training for specialist Veterinarian groups and rescue organisations
· Provide shelters and rescue groups with generators and microchip scanners
